minority -  2000: In Boy Scouts of America v. Dale, the Court ruled that the Boy Scouts' First Amendment rights of free expression and association would be violated by enforcement of New Jersey's state antidiscrimination law to prohibit them from dismissing a gay Scoutmaster.


religion - Pleasant Grove City, Utah V. Summum (2009)

education - there was this teacher that had a job at this school and then she got sick and then the people replaced her without her knowing that they did.
